Great week!!!

Our God is great isnt he?!?! Do you just sometimes have those weeks where you are so thankful to God for all he has given you and all that he provides? That was one of those weeks.
We started off with our Anniversary, which was AWESOME!!!! We went to a village for a day to do some shopping and just walk around. Afterwards we went to a friends house who was actually married the same day as us, and we had a Thai chef come in and teach us and made thai food. It was DELICIOUS!!!! I have never had thai food, but for my first time I just loved it. It was really a great night with friends and really great food.
Friday night hubby and I were in a wedding for our close friends. It was a really beautiful wedding. I have always loved weddings, however sometimes I find them hard at the same time. I see more and more couples moving into new stages of their lives, while it may be engagement, marriage, or children. It hurts in a way to see more and more ppl moving into these stages, and sometimes I feel we are 'stuck' in this one stage. ...
Saturday I had my old college roommate come down for the weekend. I havent seen her in 5 plus years, and actually havent even talked to her! It was a really great weekend.
Im praying for you all! God bless
Shannon

I definitely have those days/weeks where I am very grateful and thankful to God for all that He has given me. My husband, my health, my family. Even when I think about those rough times, I sometimes look up and thank Him for those as well, because it made me who I am today and has brought me these wonderful gifts in my life. I'm so glad you had such a great week!!! The Thai chef thing sounds like fun!

That sounds wonderful. I would love to have someone come in and teach me how to cook Thai. Happy Anniversary.

so glad that you had such a great time! I can relate to hurting a little at weddings. We were at one on Sat. and it was a little hard to see all our friends either pregnant or with little children. Keep trusting though! God has a special unique plan just for people like you and me!:)

Be blessed today!!
